Do I have to have Pilates experience before starting the challenge?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! The starting videos are for beginners. You'll become stronger during the program. As you advance, the Pilates workout videos become more challenging. Feel free to repeat beginner videos instead of the advanced ones if you're new to Pilates.

Question 2

What if I'm not a Christian?  Can I still do the challenge?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You can always complete the Pilates and walking itself. If you've never read the bible or aren't Christian, you can experiment with the scripture. leave it out or see if you're inspired by one or two. If so, enjoy meditating on those through the challenge.
